August 25, 2025 – TEG Sport and All Elite Wrestling today announced that, for the first time in history, Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, Australia will host AEW Grand Slam: Australia on Saturday, February 14, 2026. In addition, AEW will return to Brisbane Entertainment Centre in Brisbane, Australia, for AEW House Rules: Brisbane on Sunday, February 15.
AEW made its Australian debut in February this year at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre in front of a huge crowd. Wrestling fans witnessed hometown hero ‘Timeless’ Toni Storm become World Champion and epic spectacles up close in what was one of the biggest events in AEW history.
AEW boasts an extensive list of stars, including “Hangman” Adam Page, Kenny Omega, MJF, Darby Allin, Jon Moxley, Mercedes Moné and many more. On top of this, AEW features an array of Australian and Kiwi talent, including Toni Storm, Buddy Matthews, Harley Cameron and Kyle Fletcher.
It will be a return home to Sydney for one of AEW’s fastest rising stars, Kyle Fletcher. Known as “The Protostar,” Fletcher is the current TNT Champion, recently defeating the legendary Dustin Rhodes to win the title. Fletcher is on track to become one of AEW’s biggest stars in history, and it will be a truly special homecoming for the 26-year-old.
