Perth, Get Ready to Capture The Crown
Following two years of sold-out shows at RAC Arena , Freestyle Kings LIVE are set to make their triumphant return on 11 July 2026, with their brand-new ‘Capture The Crown’ Tour, the biggest, most action-packed show yet.
Fans can expect an all-new format as FMX and BMX riders go head-to-head across three high-flying disciplines – FMX Best Trick, Best Whip and BMX High Air, competing for the ultimate crown, bragging rights and arena glory.
This high-adrenaline, family-friendly spectacular delivers chaos, jaw-dropping tricks, and the unpredictable moments that have made Freestyle Kings as a global action-sports phenomenon.
World-First Snowmobile Stunt
Adding to the excitement, 2020 Winter X Games Freestyle Gold Medalist Brandon Cormier makes his Freestyle Kings debut, performing a world-first body aerial on a snowmobile. For the first time in history, a sled will take flight inside an arena, a moment that Perth fans will witness live.
A Line-Up of Legends
Leading the charge is modern-day Evel Knievel Robbie Maddison, joined by his sons Kruz and Jagger, alongside FMX World Champions Rob Adelberg, Pat Bowden, and Clinton Moore, plus Perth’s own Brayden Davies representing the hometown crowd.
Maddison’s career is the stuff of legends, from winning X Games Gold in 2004 after completing 13 backflips, to breaking multiple world records and performing as Daniel Craig’s motorcycle stunt double in Skyfall, earning both a Screen Actors Guild Award and a Taurus World Stunt award.
Now 43, Maddison remains the face of Freestyle Kings, but says his sons are the future.
“For us, he’s just Dad. We weren’t alive for his first big jumps, but he always shows us on YouTube and tells us how cool he used to be,” Kruz joked.
“Mum comes to all our shows. She’s our biggest cheerleader, although she’s probably more nervous than us when it’s our turn to jump,” added Jagger.
“At 43 years old, it’s no secret I’m closer to the end of my freestyle career than the start,” Maddison said. “My accomplishments on a dirt bike have been beyond my wildest dreams, but nothing compares to watching my boys share the same passion. They’re little showmen at heart, and I think it’s the crowd’s favourite part of the show.”
“I love this group of riders and the energy they bring,” he added. “I’m stoked to return to Perth and bring an exciting new format with both familiar faces and new ones.”
A Show Like No Other
Promoter Josh Hannah said the inclusion of Brandon Cormier takes Freestyle Kings to the next level.
“Every year we challenge ourselves to raise the bar, and Brandon joining the tour does exactly that,” Hannah said. “To have a Winter X Games Gold Medalist bring a snowmobile to an arena for a world-first stunt is incredibly exciting. We love coming to Perth; the crowds are electric. July can’t come soon enough.”
